Review Policy

If you’re an author or publisher and would like for me to review your book, please contact me at kimberly(at)beyondjustbooks(dot)com.

First, let me say thank you for your interest in having me review your book.  I know a lot of time and effort (& blood, sweat and tears) go into every work and I will treat each review respectfully.

I tend to choose books that I think I will enjoy or that I think my customers will be interested in reading.  That said, my acceptance of your book for review does not guarantee a positive review, only an honest one.

I do not accept self-published titles or erotica for review.

My format preference is an ebook; however, if one is not available, a print copy is okay.

Unless you specify a different timeline, I try to post reviews as close to the publication date as possible.  If the book is already in print, I’ll schedule the review post as soon as I finish the book.

Review Copies: If I receive a review copy from an author or publisher, I’ll note it on the posted review. Review copies are never sold, but may be given away unless you state otherwise.  Other than receiving copies of books for review, no other form of compensation is received and, other than an honest one, no guarantees are made as to the type of review I will post.
